Athletes ages 7–17, from beginner to advanced skill levels. Club-level and serious athletes are especially welcome.

Sessions are 60 minutes and structured around technical development, speed and agility, position-specific training, tactical understanding, and soccer-specific physical preparation. Every player is evaluated and given direct feedback.
